How cool is it to have a ton of restaurants all celebrating your birthday with you by giving you presents of free food and drink? Discounts and buy one get one's are nice, but totally free stuff is freaking awesome!
So, here is a list of some of the my favorite places, fast food and sit-down restaurants, where you can grab some free food and drinks.
It's not exhaustive. I don't want to overwhelm you. I mean, how much can you fit into a day or two? Am I right?

Dutch Bros – I love Dutch Bros coffee and they will happily provide you a free coffee or drink on your birthday. Nothing to sign up for. Just show them your ID and you're golden! Give me a hot, smooth Mocha any time!
IHOP – Sign up for the MyHop program and you will get a free full stack of any of their famous pancakes.
Denny's – Sign up for free as a Denny's Reward Member and they'll give you a free Build Your Own Grand Slam breakfast on your birthday.
Waffle House – All you have to do is sign up to join the Regular's Club and you'll get a free classic waffle on your birthday.
Black Bear Diner – By simply enrolling in the Black Bear Diner eClub, you'll be presented a free meal on your birthday. You even get a free meal just for signing up! They're very generous over there.
Firehouse Subs – Just for signing up for the Firehouse Subs free Rewards Program, they'll hand over a free medium sub sandwich. This is good on your actual birthday as well as 6 days afterwards.
Jersey Mike's – Sign up for the MyMike's email list and you can get a free sub on your special day.
Moe's Southwest Grill – Want a free burrito for your birthday? Simply sign up for the Moe Reward's Program and you're in!
Pita Pit – Simply by joining their Pita Pack, you can grab a free birthday pita.
Red Robin – Take a couple minutes to join the Red Robin Royalty Program and get a free burger on your birthday.
Ruby Tuesday – Join the So Connected Club and get a free burger or garden bar entrée on your birthday. It's that simple!
A&W Restaurants – Sign up for the free A&W Mug Club and the people at A&W will fill your frosty mug with a free root beer float! Bring back the Teen Burger! I need my bacon!
Auntie Anne's – When you sign up for the Auntie Anne's Pretzel Perks, you'll get a free Classic Pretzel just for your birthday. The Classic Pretzels include Original, Cinnamon Sugar, Sweet Almond, Sour Cream & Onion, or Roasted Garlic & Parmesan. I'm a fan of the Sour Cream & Onion.
Baja Fresh – Want a “special treat” on your birthday? Simply sign up to become a member of the Baja Club.
Krispy Kreme – You love doughnuts, right? Just sign up for Krispy Kreme Rewards and not only do you get a free doughnut for the sign up but you also get one on your birthday. Nice!
Noodles & Company – Join the Noodles Reward for a free “special treat” on your birthday.
Olive Garden – When you join the Olive Garden eClub, you'll be able to grab a free birthday dessert.
Peet's Coffee – If you love the dark nirvana like I do, sign up for Peetnik Rewards and get a free drink on your birthday.
The Cheesecake Factory – Dig this! Get a scoop of vanilla ice cream, fudge, whipped cream, confetti and a candle for your birthday. You don't have to do a thing for it except show them your ID!
The Old Spaghetti Factory – Receive a free entrée on your birthday. Just sign up for their Factory Family for a FREE Pasta Classic entrée on them!
